“Supporting teams through Group supervision is a dynamic process that I have found significant.  A strength I bring to group supervision is to help teams transform through their interpersonal relationships into deeper connection and more effective functioning”

Group Supervision

  • Increased sense of support within teams
  • Safe, open environment for problem solving and discussing limitations
  • Clinical and debriefing functions
  • Accredited PACFA Supervisor

I am currently working with several teams across the Northern Rivers providing Group supervision.

Bringing a focus to the relational and scaffolded around strong group leadership skills, my group supervision supports stronger team cohesion, resulting in more effective problem solving, skill development and functioning. By drawing on the expertise of the group, I facilitate learning from the diverse backgrounds and experiences of individual practitioners. Each person providing a range of perspectives on clinical issues, workplace dynamics and relationships that then becomes a central place for connection and growth with the team.

My group supervision promotes an opportunity to improve the skills and capability of both individuals and the group through agreed agenda’s around team dynamics, clinical issues and/or organisational structures. As with all my other services, a safe, caring and effective theraputic alliance is assured.

Generally, group supervision is a monthly 2-hour session with your team. However, I am able to offer a range of variables that best fit the needs of the team and the workplace. Contact by phone or email is essential as Group Supervisions sessions cannot be booked online.
